Appointments
Transport releases are available by appointment only on Mondays and Tuesdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Please follow these appointment requirements: • A 24-hour call-out and a 1-hour call-out are mandatory. • Missed appointments may be subject to a charge. • Appointments are scheduled in 30-minute blocks and must be completed within the assigned appointment window.

Book Appointment Personal Property
Personal Property can only be released to registered owner; appointments are set in 30 min increments. It is very important that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment, as that time is specifically set for property to be collected. Please make sure to have your photo ID ready, as it will be required for verification during the pickup process.
